REFUND POLICY

We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund, exchange, or store credit. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we charge a restocking fee of $6.95 per return order and we do not refund any shipping fees.

What is your return policy for sale items and orders placed with a discount code?

Any item purchased on sale or at a marked down price is final sale and ineligible for any form of return or exchange. If a discount code was applied to a full retail priced item, the item is not final sale unless if the discount code is advertised as final sale. We do not offer any exceptions for this policy.

How long does it take to receive a credit from a returned item?

After we receive the returned item, it takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Our team will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.
